We make every effort to despatch your parcel out as soon as possible. Normally delivery time from time of order will be 3-5 working days for our Standard delivery service (Our Standard delivery for orders less than 2 kg will be posted Royal Mail 1st class which should get to you between 1-3 working day from dispatch. However we have to allow 7 working days before a parcel is considered lost and a replacement can be send out). Orders over 2 kg will be dispatched by courier, please allow 2 working day from dispatch.

We would recommend that you advise us if you need your parcel by a specific date, please inform us at the time of ordering or use our 'Next Working Day' delivery service. We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been despatched.

• Standard delivery is £3.95 (3-5 working days).
• Next Day delivery at £8.50 (next day guaranteed), orders must be received by 12 midday (please note: Orders received after midday Thursday will not arrive till Monday. Orders received after midday Friday and all Saturday & Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery).
• Free Standard delivery on orders over £75 (3-5 working days).

Please email us with your product request if shipping is to a country not in the above list and we will email you back with a quote. Postage price is dependent on weight so it's important that we know what products and how many you are looking to purchase.

We aim to process and dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of order and customer should expect to receive their order within 1–3 weeks of receipt of dispatch notice however delivery times cannot be guaranteed and will differ from country to country. Orders are dispatched via UK Royal Mail which does not provide a tracking service. We can offer tracking with UPS (there is an additional charge for this service). Please email us with this request once order has been placed.
