Papel Picado are wonderful works of art whether used as pretty banners for inside and out. This banner is made from tissue paper and is more delicate but can still be used outside and perfect for decorating tents and outdoor venues. Looks spectacular displayed in layers.

Each banner contains 10 Sheets of tissue paper (23 x 35 cm) and are 4 meters long is handmade and unique.
