Springtime...

It is amazing what a little sunshine can do; suddenly everyone is smiling and cheerful. As the little bulbs peak through the soil, we are reminded that Spring is on its way.

We have taken a classic pudding recipe and transformed it into the most delicious and morris Easter and Mother’s day delights – Lemon Meringue Cupcakes, there is no doubt everyone will be back for seconds.

With the promise of Spring being only weeks away, we begin to look forward to longer and lighter days, but for now we have to make do with cold frosty morning. February will soon be behind us and we have March and Aprils delights to keep us going – Red Nose Day, Mother’s day and Easter.

Come March we can look forward to making a special treat for our Mother’s – Nothing better than a traditional Swiss Roll and scones served cream and strawberries. Sit down for a well earned cup of tea and enjoy each other’s company.
