Chocolate dipped crystallised ginger Ingredients

  • 30 pieces of crystallised ginger
  • 150 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

To make Chocolate dipped crystallised ginger

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Dip each individual ginger, half-way and leave to set on a piece of greaseproof paper.

Store in an air-tight container until you are ready to portion them up into presents in boxes.
