White non-alcoholic Glögg Ingredients

• 1 organic orange
• 1 1/2 l of good clouded apple juice
• 50g of fresh ginger in thin slices
• 4 star anis
• 8 green cardamom capsules
• 50 g of large white raisings

To make White non-alcoholic Glögg

Slice the orange. Heat the apple juice with the spices and orange slices. Reduce the liquid to ca 1L. Run through a sieve and add the raisins, heat and serve warm.
