Pot Pourri (enough for 3-4 boxes)

To make Pot pourri
Collect as many pinecone as you can – leave to dry if wet – the kids will marvel as the open.
Thinly slice 2 or 3 oranges and dry slowly in a oven on low heat (or alternatively buy in a florist)
Buy two pots of cinnamon sticks and one pot of whole nutmegs, star of aniseed and cloves.
Mix the whole lot together in bag or bowl and Christmas has arrived.
This should be enough for 3-4 portions. Use either plain brown Kraft boxes, the PLA window box or a white PLA window bag. Either are great and makes a fantastically presented gift with a little tissue paper, bakers twine, and raffia and gift tag.
