Tasty and yet so easy and quick to make, perfect with a cup of coffee or tea.

Coconut macaroons - gluten free

Ingredients:

  • 2 free range eggs
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 250 grams of desiccated coconut

Method:

Line a baking tray with baking paper and pre-heat the oven to 200C

  1. Place sugar and eggs together in a bowl and mix well
  2. Add the desiccated coconut and mix together
  3. Place in small mounts on the baking sheet
  4. Bake for approx. 8-10 mins until lightly golden

Cool on a wire rack.

Melt your preferred chocolate and sprinkle across macaroons. Serve when cooled.
